New York law

These terms follow the laws of the State of New York, United States, and they leave aside conflict rules that would send the dispute somewhere else. Courts in New York that have jurisdiction hear disputes.

What a schema note is not

A passage about a schema is a general description. It is not a planting plan, a nursery supply contract, or a wedding-flower booking. A passage about a yard mark is a general description as well. It is not a flower specification, a stock number this company assigned, or an inventory result. Selling bouquets, and planting on a site, each carry their own rules and risks. For a permit or on-site work, speak to the local authority or a qualified practitioner. Do not read a note here as a planting drawing or a quote for a bouquet.

Row Card, Plot Line, and Stem Reading do not make CASILA FLOWER LIMITED an official partner of any platform. They also do not promise approval, installs, clicks, or revenue.

Pet Supply Tracker

Opening https://schemayard.online or using Pet Supply Tracker (package com.pet.supplytracker) means you have read these terms. If you do not accept them, leave the website and do not use the desk.

The desk is a private list of jars, amounts, and paces you type. Product facts sit on the scoop desk page. Empty-by dates come from remaining amount divided by the pace you typed. The app does not inspect food and does not give veterinary advice. It is not a feeding plan and it does not tell you how much to feed.

Version 1.0.0 has no account and no cloud sync. Jars stay on the device unless you export a backup. A store listing URL is missing. These terms are not a prediction of a later store decision. If you erase the desk or uninstall without a backup, the desk cannot be restored from Fairport.

Letters the desk will not take

The mailbox turns away a request for a fabricated review, a paid install, a rented account, a farmed account, invented traffic, or a route around a platform rule.

Send only attachments you have the right to send. Passwords, payment cards, and another person's identity document stay out of the letter.

Pages and drawings

Page text and the line drawings belong to CASILA FLOWER LIMITED, except a passage marked as coming from your letter. You may keep a copy of a page to check it. You may keep the jar entries you type. You may not make the site or the desk into another product, or speak as the company, without written consent.

The company name, address, phone, email, license number, and D-U-N-S number are on the site so a visitor can check them. Service pages describe the scope of written notes. They are not an offer unless a later written reply says they are.

The site as published

Pages and the desk are provided as they are. Where the law allows, CASILA FLOWER LIMITED does not warrant that the site or the desk will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that a given empty-by date suits a particular animal. If a company record changes, the revision on Company Information is the one to use. Where the law allows, the company is not liable for indirect loss from use of the site or the desk, or from reliance on a general note. That limit does not remove liability the applicable law refuses to let anyone exclude.

An outward link, if a page has one, is governed by the other site. These pages do not carry social or store links. Fonts come from Google Fonts under that service's own terms.

Using the site

If you use schemayard.online or Pet Supply Tracker, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site and the desk. You may still write to the company outside the site where the law allows.
